By accessing this website and booking our travel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between DAA Valley Way Tours and the traveler.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

Reservations & Bookings

To ensure a seamless experience, all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We recommend booking well in advance, especially for peak travel seasons.

Pricing & Payments

We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. All tour costs will be clearly outlined in your personalized itinerary.

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure hotel and transport reservations.
• Final Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared as per the timeline mentioned in your booking voucher.
• Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. However, due to our commitments to third-party providers (hotels, flight operators, etc.), the following cancellation policies apply:

• Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival: Deposit only penalty.
• Cancellations 15-29 days prior: 50% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations less than 15 days prior: 100% of the total tour cost.

*Specific cancellation terms may apply to certain packages or during peak dates (e.g., New Year, Festivals).

Traveler Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for everyone, travelers are expected to:

• Possess valid travel documents, including visas and health certificates.
• Adhere to the local laws and regulations of the destination.
• Respect the cultural heritage and environmental guidelines provided by our guides.
• Carry adequate personal travel insurance for the duration of the trip.

Limitation of Liability

DAA Valley Way Tours acts as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers. While we vet all our partners, we are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred due to the negligence of these third parties.

We are not responsible for delays or changes in itineraries caused by "Force Majeure" events, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
